Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them below:

Use of the 889apk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on the Platform.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local legislation applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 889apk, nor an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written approval from 889apk's compliance department.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any related platform operated by 889apk or its affiliates.

To access the full range of services offered by 889apk, you must complete the registration process and maintain a valid Account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 889apk accepts no liability for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow another person to access or use your Account.
• Verification: 889apk reserves the right to require documentary verification of identity, address, and payment methods at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
• No Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds within it to any other party.

889apk employs industry-standard SSL 256-bit encryption and multi-layered security protocols to protect your Account and personal data. However, you also bear responsibility for the security of your Account:

• You must select a strong, unique password for your 889apk Account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must notify 889apk immediately via our support email if you suspect unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account.
• All activity carried out under your Account credentials — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
• 889apk reserves the right to implement additional verifica tion measures (such as two-factor authentication, security questions, or SMS verification codes) at any time to enhance account security.

889apk processes all transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. The following conditions govern deposits:

• Supported Payment Methods: 889apk supports deposits via local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The availability of specific methods may vary over time.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Each payment method is subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits as displayed on the deposit page. These limits are set to facilitate responsible gaming and comply with payment-processor requirements.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all deposited funds originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. You further warrant that the payment method used belongs to you personally and is registered in your legal name.
• Third-Party Deposits Prohibited: Deposits made from accounts not held in your legal name will be rejected and refunded (less any processing fees) where detected. 889apk reserves the right to conduct further investigation and suspend Accounts where third-party deposits are suspected.
• No Chargebacks: Once a deposit has been credited to your Account, you may not issue a chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

889apk processes withdrawal requests promptly, subject to the following terms and verification procedures:

• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever technically feasible. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, 889apk will arrange an alternative withdrawal method after KYC verification.
• KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, 889apk requires proof of identity (national ID card / KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted without satisfactory KYC documentation will be held in pending status until verification is complete.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 24 hours (one business day) from the moment verification is complete. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 12 hours. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or as a result of additional compliance checks.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Each withdrawal method is subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the withdrawal page. Large withdrawal requests may be divided into multiple installments at 889apk's discretion.
• Wagering Requirement for Bonuses: If your Account balance contains bonus-derived funds, you must complete the associated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to wagering-requirement completion will forfeit all remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds.
• Fees: 889apk does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

889apk periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. The general principles governing bonuses are as follows:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are granted at 889apk's sole discretion. We reserve the right to exclude certain Players from specific promotions or to withdraw bonus eligibility from any Player at any time, particularly where we reasonably suspect abuse or violation of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits are specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after a stated validity period. Any bonus funds or pending winnings remaining in your Account after expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or collusion with other Players constitute fraud and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.
• Withdrawal Forfeits Bonus: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, all remaining bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited, and only the deposited balance (if any) will be available for withdrawal.
• Maximum Win Caps: Certain bonuses may be subject to a maximum win cap (e.g., 10× the bonus amount). Any winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from your Account at the point wagering requirements are met.

889apk operates a comprehensive sportsbook, live casino, slots library, and specialty games. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• Acceptance of Bets: 889apk reserves the right to accept or reject any wager at our sole discretion. Bets are not considered valid until they appear in your Account's bet history with a confirmed status.
• Odds Accuracy: While 889apk makes every effort to ensure that odds are accurate and up-to-date, occasional errors may occur. In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 889apk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, even after the event has concluded.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport in question. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent third parties. 889apk's settlement decisions are final and binding.
• Cancellations & Postponements: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Betting Limits: 889apk imposes maximum bet limits on individual wagers and maximum win limits on specific markets. These limits vary by sport, market type, and individual Player profile. 889apk reserves the right to reduce limits for any Player without prior notice.
• Live Betting Delays: Live betting odds are updated in near-real-time; however, brief delays may occur during fast-paced events. You accept that you are betting on odds as displayed at the moment your bet is placed, not as they may change immediately thereafter.

The following activities constitute material breaches of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud & Collusion: Any attempt to defraud 889apk or other Players, including collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, syndicate play, or coordination with other Players to manipulate outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes after funds have been credited to your Account.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms or taking advantage of delayed odds updates to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Bot Use & Automation: Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software designed to place bets, extract data, or interact with the Platform without manual human input.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your Account, or using another person's Account to circumvent restrictions or access Platform features.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. You must report any discovered vulnerability to 889apk immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to facilitate financial transactions designed to obscure the source of funds.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and other materials available on the 889apk Platform are the exclusive property of 889apk or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from 889apk.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or service.
• Use the 889apk brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorization.

889apk provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 889apk disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In particular:

• 889apk does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 889apk is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• 889apk is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party game content provided by external studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, etc.). Settlement disputes involving third-party games are subject to the RNG certification and audit logs maintained by the respective game provider.
• Your maximum recoverable damages in any claim against 889apk are limited to the total amount deposited into your Account over the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
• 889apk is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of the activity.

889apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 72 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure the Platform to display reality-check reminders at regular intervals during gameplay, informing you of elapsed time and net wins/losses.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account or place any wagers. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.

889apk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement;
• You engage in any prohibited activity as defined in Clause 9;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• You fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order;
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 889apk, other Players, or the integrity of our services.

Upon suspension or termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, 889apk reserves the right to forfeit any and all funds held in your Account. In cases of voluntary closure or termination without breach, you may request withdrawal of your remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

889apk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 889apk is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting 889apk's support team at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Mediation: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may request non-binding mediation by a mutually agreed independent mediator.
• Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding on both parties.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 889apk.
